Kathy Bonanno joined Google in 2020 as the chief financial officer (CFO) for Google Cloud and Technical Infrastructure.
Prior to joining Google, Bonanno served as the CFO of Palo Alto Networks, responsible for leading the global finance organization. She joined in 2014 as the vice president of Finance and throughout her tenure, she helped lead the company through rapid growth to a 30 billion dollar market cap as the company transitioned from a single product to a multi-product, hybrid software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.
In her 30 years of experience, she has held a variety of senior finance positions, including at Symantec Corporation and American Airlines. Bonanno holds an M.B.A. from Texas Christian University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University.
