Katie Boudreau

Katie Boudreau is the Head of Customer Operations for the Google Maps Platform, where they oversee global technical and billing support teams, as well as sales and compliance operations. Previously, Katie held roles at Google such as Senior Program Manager and Vendor Operations Program Manager, managing vendor sites for Maps APIs and Cloud Platform Support. They began their career with internships at WGGB ABC40/FOX6 and The Rachael Ray Show, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Hofstra University. Through their various positions, Katie has developed a strong focus on enhancing user experience and program management within the technology sector.
