Katie Thompson

Katie Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Since September 2023, Katie has been serving as an Angel Investor and Private Lender at KT Capital Investments LLC. Prior to this role, Katie held multiple positions at XPO Logistics, Inc. from March 2011 to June 2011, including Recruiter, Supervisor of Human Resources, Manager of Human Resources, and Human Resources Administrative Business Partner while also serving as VVT Chair. Additionally, Katie gained experience at Google from April 2022 to August 2022 in various recruiting roles, including Recruiting Business Partner for Global Client and Agency Solutions, Recruiter, and Interim Recruitment Manager. Katie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business between 2006 and 2010.
