Konstantin Melnikov is an engineering leader passionate about freedom and creativity in work. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Google since 2023, Konstantin previously held positions as an Engineering Manager at EPAM Systems from 2016 to 2023 and as a Project Lead at Align Technology from 2013 to 2016. Prior to those roles, Konstantin worked as a Software Engineer at Intel from 2004 to 2009 and at UniPro from 2003 to 2004. Konstantin began their career as a Software Engineer while self-employed from 2009 to 2012 and briefly served as CTO at ExtraApp in 2014. Konstantin earned a BS in Math, Computer Science, and IT Technology from Novosibirsk State University from 1997 to 2002.
