Kunal Chopra is an Engineering Lead at Google, currently working with the Google Maps Automotive team to enhance driving safety and comfort through advanced map data. Previously, Kunal held leadership roles at Microsoft, where they focused on expanding the customer experience within Microsoft Teams, and at AWS, where they led the DevEx Engineering group for Amazon EventBridge and contributed to the EC2 Auto Scaling service. Kunal began their career as a Software Developer intern at BlackBerry and has also worked as a Software Engineer at SAP. Kunal completed a program in Designing and Building AI Products and Services at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2023 and earned a Bachelor of Computer Science from Thompson Rivers University in 2012.
