LaShawna Morgan

LaShawna Morgan, MSM, has extensive experience in human resources across multiple industries, including a strong background in managing diverse teams and employee relations. At Honeywell, LaShawna served as Human Resources Manager and later as Sr. HR Manager for Honeywell Industrial Safety, where responsibilities included global HR partnership and support for over 550 employees. Following this, LaShawna directed human resources at Dover Corporation, providing strategic partnership to functional teams of over 500 employees. At Google, LaShawna has held various roles, including People Partner and currently serves as Employee Relations Manager. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Synchrony and Total Quality Logistics, as well as academic roles as an Adjunct Instructor. LaShawna holds a Master’s degree in Management with a specialization in Strategic Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Cincinnati. Currently, LaShawna is the Chief Executive Officer at Marching Star LLC.
