Laura Hartney has extensive experience in program management and sales operations across notable companies. Beginning as an ERP Consultant at BASE Consulting from 1998 to 2000, Laura moved to Synopsys as a Senior SAP Program Manager until 2002. Laura then joined Intuit, where roles included Group Manager for Sales Operations and Analytics, IT Program Manager, and Group Manager for Internal Tools Product Management from October 2005 to March 2013. Most recently, Laura worked at Google from March 2021 to September 2023, serving as Program Manager Lead for Staffing Operations, Senior Manager in Sales Systems, and Solutions Consultant Lead for People Operations Technology. Laura holds an MBA from Golden Gate University.
