Lauren Hook

Lauren Hook possesses a diverse background in program management, recruiting, and youth development. Starting as a Youth Development Program Assistant at USA Basketball, Lauren coordinated events focused on player development and coach education. Following this, Lauren worked as a Campus Sourcer at Adecco, identifying talent for Google's University Graduate roles. At Google, Lauren has held multiple roles, including Education Equity Program Manager, where efforts were made to increase Computer Science access for historically excluded students, and Early Career Recruiter, focusing on recruiting strategies for the Associate Product Manager Program. Additionally, Lauren contributed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as an AmeriCorps Member at Breakthrough Central Texas, providing support to first-generation high school students. Education was completed at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
