Leo Woiceshyn

Leo Woiceshyn is a seasoned Machine Learning Software Engineer at Google, focusing on solving machine learning challenges in Assistant, Search, and Gemini since April 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Staff Researcher in Deep Learning at Motorola Mobility, where state-of-the-art algorithms were utilized for AI applications on smartphones. Leo also contributed to the Autonomous Systems and Biomechatronics Lab at the University of Toronto as a Graduate Research Assistant and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for computer programming courses. Earlier work experience encompasses mechanical engineering co-op positions at CF Industries and Absolute Completion Technologies, where project management and technical analysis were key responsibilities.
