Lindsay Roland

Lindsay Roland has extensive experience in recruitment and program management, having worked at several notable companies. At VMware, Lindsay served as a University Recruiter from June 2017 to March 2018. Subsequently, at Insight Global in early 2013, Lindsay held the position of Technical Recruiter. Lindsay's tenure at Google began in April 2018 as a Recruiter, advancing to Operations Program Manager for Consumer & YouTube in February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing programs and operations. Prior to Google, Lindsay worked at Dimensional Fund Advisors from August 2014 to March 2015, fulfilling various roles including Campus Recruiting and Programs Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, Senior Associate, and Associate in Campus Recruiting. Lindsay is an alumnus of Washington State University.
