Linhai Qiu

Linhai Qiu possesses extensive academic and professional experience in the fields of electrical engineering, numerical methods, and distributed systems. At Stanford University, Linhai served as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant, developing computational algorithms and supporting courses focused on mathematical methods for robotics and numerical methods for engineering. Linhai's internship at Samsung Research America involved parallelizing Box2D, a physics engine for gaming. Currently, Linhai works as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Google, leading development efforts in distributed systems, optimization algorithms, and machine learning. Additionally, Linhai serves as a Subject Matter Expert in Big Data at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has held multiple engineering positions at Google, focusing on data-driven decision-making and optimization strategies.
