Long Ma is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing and optimizing web services and storage systems. At Amazon, Long Ma worked as a Software Development Engineer, improving the performance of third-party seller web services and leading the design of a usage-based metering and billing mechanism for AWS QuickSight. Additionally, Long Ma modernized the billing system for QuickSight by migrating it to a Native AWS EC2 infrastructure. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Developer at Nexsan, where Long Ma designed performance investigation tools and a Solaris kernel driver.
