Lorena Hecker is a professional with diverse experience in audio production, neurological diagnostics, and customer support operations. Beginning an internship in audio production at TV Musik in 2002, Lorena later worked as a student assistant in a neurological clinic, focusing on diagnostics. Lorena's tenure at Google from 2014 to 2019 included roles as Global Program Manager and Global Head of Revenue Program Operations, where Lorena managed teams, improved sales compliance by 86%, and directed cross-functional efforts to optimize sales processes.
