Malcolm Holden possesses extensive experience in technology and engineering, currently serving as a Customer Engineering Manager for Telco, Financial Services, and Specialty at Google Cloud AuNZ since November 2016. In this role, Malcolm leads the Specialist Customer Engineer team, providing deep technical expertise and partnering with APAC Solutions and Technology leads to execute strategic initiatives. Prior to Google, Malcolm held pivotal positions at IBM, including Watson Solution Architect, and has a rich history in various technical and consulting roles at companies such as FileNet, HandySoft Global Corporation, and the Reserve Bank of Australia.
