Marcelo Souza

Marcelo Souza is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. With a career spanning from 1995 to the present, Marcelo has held key leadership positions including IT Executive Director and CTO at Andbank and Ouze, as well as roles such as IT Executive Superintendent at Citi and Safra, and Senior IT Manager at Itaú Unibanco. Marcelo's expertise encompasses strategic technology management, project management, and operations, demonstrated through significant tenures at Cielo and Qintess. Currently serving as a Latam Industry Payments Advisor at Google since August 2023, Marcelo holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, an MBA in Business Administration and Management, and a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas, alongside a degree in Information Technology from Fundação Bradesco.
