Marcin Solarz

Marcin Solarz is the Director of Google Customer Solutions for Central Eastern Europe, where they manage a sales organization of over 100 people and oversee more than $2.5 billion in revenues across 20+ markets. With over 20 years of experience in sales and digital marketing, Marcin's leadership roles at Google have included managing significant customer revenue streams and large sales teams in both Poland and Germany. They co-founded Labmatic/NetWords, a full-service agency for SMEs, prior to their extensive career at Google. Marcin holds an Advanced Certificate for Executives from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Business and Management from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu.
