Margo Geerts

Margo Geerts is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for Google in the Netherlands since June 2025. Prior to this role, Margo held the position of HR Director for NielsenIQ, covering the Nordics and Benelux from August 2022 to June 2025. Margo's extensive background includes roles as HR Director and HR Manager at RSM Canada from January 2019 to August 2022, and a Senior HR Advisor at Goodmans LLP for a brief period in late 2018.
