Martin Wicke

Martin Wicke is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in machine learning and software development. Currently serving as Director/Principal Engineer at Google since September 2015, Martin specializes in scaling machine learning solutions. Previously, Martin founded eddy systems, which focused on enhancing Java programming through machine learning and natural language processing. Martin held key roles at Otherlab as VP of Software and at HighlightCam as VP of R&D, contributing to innovative projects in software and automatic video analysis, respectively. Additionally, Martin has an academic background with roles at UC Berkeley and Stanford University, managing research projects and teaching computer science courses. Martin holds a Dr. Sc. ETH in Computer Graphics from ETH Zürich and a Diplom in Informatik from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
