Mary Ward has extensive experience in international benefits consulting and management, beginning with a role as Associate International Benefits Consultant at Mercer from June 2008 to March 2019, where responsibilities included benefits and pension planning for multinational clients, consolidation of US GAAP disclosures, benefits benchmarking, and global benefits management. Following this, Mary served as International Benefits Manager at White & Case LLP for a brief period in 2019, and currently holds the position of Benefits Specialist at Google since January 2020. Academically, Mary earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin and a Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Actuarial Science from University College Dublin.
