Matt Sottile has a diverse background in program management and recruiting within the technology and finance sectors. Matt began a role as Program Manager for University Relations at LPL Financial in April 2023, following significant experience at Meta from September 2019 to January 2023 as part of University Programs in Emerging Talent. Prior to that, Matt worked at Google as a Leadership Recruiter for GCP from August 2017 to August 2019 and resumed a role at Google in April 2025 as Program Manager for U.S. Apprenticeships. Matt's recruitment expertise was developed at Motion Recruitment Partners as a Recruiting Manager from June 2012 to July 2017. Academically, Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the College of the Holy Cross in 2012.
