Matt Souza is an experienced design professional with a robust background in user experience and interaction design. Souza began as a Creative Director at The Creative Group from April 2011 to October 2013, followed by roles as a UX Designer at Advocare and JCPenney. An Interaction Designer position at Southwest Airlines was held briefly before progressing to Toyota North America as a Senior UX Designer. At Google, Souza advanced through the ranks from Interaction Designer to Senior Interaction Designer and currently serves as a Staff Interaction Designer since February 2020.
