Mei Ling E. M. holds a Bachelor's Degree from Wellesley College and has a diverse professional background in consulting and compensation management. Mei Ling began as a Consulting Intern in Health & Benefits at Mercer in June 2016 before transitioning to Willis Towers Watson as a Consulting Analyst specializing in Executive Compensation and Rewards from July 2017 to March 2019. Following this, Mei Ling joined Google in April 2019 as a Compensation Business Partner and currently serves as Program Manager for Performance Management since January 2022.
