Melonie Parker

Melonie Parker is the current Chief Diversity Officer at Google. Melonie has previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Communications at Sandia National Laboratories, and before that, they were the Human Resources Director at Lockheed Martin.

Parker has a long history of working in human resources and communications, and their experience with large organizations makes their well-suited for their current role at Google. Melonie is responsible for leading the company's efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Parker is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and they have worked to create more inclusive environments at both Sandia National Laboratories and Lockheed Martin. Melonie is passionate about their work and is committed to making Google a more diverse and inclusive place for all employees.

Melonie Parker holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Hampton University. Melonie also has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. In addition, they are certified by HRCI in SPHR and by the Human Capital Institute in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP).

Their manager is Fiona Cicconi, Chief People Officer. They are on a team with Prasad Setty - VP, Digital Work Experience, Google Workspace, Troy Dickerson - VP, Strategy, Operations and Google Operations Center.
