Michael Peabody

Michael Peabody is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Google Cloud Backup and DR Global Support since December 2020. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Senior Director of Global Customer Success Engineering at Actifio, where responsibilities included overseeing a global team focused on enhancing customer experience. Michael also served as Branch Manager for IPC Systems, Inc. in the North East region, managing operations in Boston, and worked as a consultant specializing in CRM systems, primarily with Salesforce.com. Earlier in the career, Michael was the VP of World Wide Customer Support and Services at ExaGrid Systems, Inc., where leadership involved the development of support teams across multiple countries. Michael holds an MBA in Business Administration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
