Michelle Kozo has extensive experience in human resources, having served in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. From May 2004 to December 2005, Michelle was the Global Compensation & Benefits Leader at Nuance Communications. Subsequent positions at Genesys from January 2014 to March 2016 included Senior Director of Americas Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits Manager, Director of Global Compensation, Benefits & HRIS, and Vice President of Human Resources. Since June 2020, Michelle has held positions at Google, initially as a People Partner, and currently as Director of People Partner since May 2022. Earlier in Michelle's career, the role of HR Manager at Valentis from August 2001 to November 2002 involved handling a full spectrum of HR functions. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Melbourne.
