Mika Nomura

Mika Nomura is a skilled professional in UX design and interaction design with extensive experience across various organizations. At Roche, Mika served as the UX Design Lead for a capstone project aimed at assisting medical oncologists in analyzing patient data, following a comprehensive user research process. Prior experiences include roles at the University of Virginia as a Research Assistant and a Distinguished Majors Thesis Candidate in Psychology, as well as positions at Pyramid Systems, Inc. and GoDaddy, where Mika contributed to multiple UX projects, enhancing user experience and implementing collaboration processes. Currently, Mika is an Interaction Designer at Google, continuously leveraging a background in human-computer interaction and psychology to create user-centered solutions. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Virginia, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
