Mikołaj Pacek

Mikołaj Pacek is a skilled software engineer with a strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Currently employed at Google since December 2024, Mikołaj develops AI agents that work with code. Prior to this role, Mikołaj worked at Pinterest as a machine learning engineer, focusing on training foundation vision models and building an inference pipeline for over 2 billion images. Notable achievements include being a finalist in the MBZIRC international robotics competition while at Nomagic Warsaw MIMotaurs, where Mikołaj developed AI perception for autonomous drones. Previous experience also includes internships at NVIDIA, where Mikołaj built large-scale ML infrastructure and a Text-to-Speech pipeline, as well as a role at Cosmose, Inc., where Mikołaj automated data processing workflows. Mikołaj holds a Master's degree in Machine Learning and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw.
