Miles Begin is an experienced UX Manager at Google since October 2018, leading the Finance, Marketing, and Data UX teams to create user-centric solutions for internal teams. Prior to Google, Miles co-founded The Design Gym, which focuses on fostering skilled problem solvers through design thinking workshops, and served as Head of User Experience at Updater, enhancing the moving experience. Miles also held senior roles at Canary as Senior Director of Design and Product Experience, and at American Express as VP of UX and Design, where a culture of design was promoted across various service touchpoints. Early career experiences include positions at Kaleidoscope, Pollen Design, and RC2, culminating in a BS in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati.
