Min Ouyang is a seasoned User Experience researcher with extensive experience in leading research teams and driving user-centered design processes across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Staff User Experience Researcher at Google since June 2018, Ouyang leads the Visual Search UX research team, focusing on research priorities and team development. Previously held roles include User Experience Manager for Virtual Care and User Experience Research Lead at Google, as well as Senior UX Research Lead at Baker Hughes, where a global team was successfully guided. Ouyang's experience also includes significant contributions at GE Healthcare, MISI Company, and Bose Corporation, coupled with a Master's degree in Design Research and Strategic Planning from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
