Natalie Van Kleef is the Global Head of Learning Go-to-Market at Google Cloud and a Senior Advisor for The Project on Workforce at Harvard. They served as a Senior Innovation Fellow at the U.S. Department of Labor from 2021 to 2022. During their tenure at Google from 2017 to 2020, they founded the Google IT Professional Certificates program, which established a workforce development model involving over 150 national employers and support for marginalized learners. Natalie earned a degree summa cum laude from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, graduating in 2011.
