Nate Cardozo

Nate Cardozo is a privacy engineer at Google, currently working on the Android Security and Privacy team to ensure user safety and security. Previously, they served as a privacy subject matter expert at Meta for end-to-end encrypted communications and held various legal roles, including Senior Staff Attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation. Nate's legal experience spans over a decade, including positions as an Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and as an instructor of Legal Writing and Moot Court at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco. They hold a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BA in Anthropology and Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
