Neil Gill

Neil Gill is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in product design and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Google since February 2025, Neil previously worked at Elliptic from April 2022 to September 2024, managing the Risk mission products, including Lens, Navigator, and Discovery. Prior to that role, Neil held several positions at SharkNinja, starting as a Product Manager and initially as a Product Design Engineer focusing on user needs and technology exploration. Neil's earlier career includes founding roles at Antler, product design engineering at Promedics Orthopaedic Ltd, and an impactful internship at nVision Medical Corporation, where contributions led to significant product innovations. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in Product Design Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and additional study at Luleå University of Technology.
