Nidhi Lahoti

Nidhi Lahoti is currently leading efforts in Trust and Safety at Google, where they develop and implement policies to protect users from Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery across multiple products. Previously, Nidhi managed a significant outsourced Google Ads sales business and drove substantial revenue growth while overseeing digital media strategies for thousands of small and medium businesses. They have also held various roles in strategy and operations within Trust and Safety, focusing on child safety and anti-abuse initiatives. Nidhi began their professional journey with internships at Goldman Sachs and Alma Mater Store while earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Centre for Management Studies, Jain University, Bangalore.
