Niharika Kavuri

Niharika Kavuri has a diverse background in data science, analytics, and software engineering. Niharika began as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies from September 2010 to March 2013, before transitioning to an Equity Derivatives Analyst role at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from August 2013 to October 2014. Niharika's career advanced with positions at Walmart, including Senior Data Scientist, Predictive Analyst, Business Analyst, and Advanced Analytics Manager in early 2021. Currently, Niharika serves as a Senior Data Scientist at Google, where Niharika previously held the roles of Business and Marketing Datascience Manager and Workforce Forecasting Program Manager from November 2020 to April 2022. Niharika also contributed as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business during 2016-2017. Niharika holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arkansas, both achieving top academic records.
