Nirupama Jagarlamudi

Nirupama Jagarlamudi is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in AI/ML Technical Program Management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Google since March 2021, Nirupama leads a team focused on enhancing Google Maps data quality through ML model development and automation. Prior roles at Expedia Group included Senior Director of Technology, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team of over 65 engineers and overseeing payment platforms that process $70 billion annually. Nirupama also held positions as Director and Senior Manager at Expedia, contributing to the development of financial services and successful payment methods. Earlier experience includes roles as Engineering Lead at Minecode and Research Fellow at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). Nirupama holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
