Nita Goyal

Nita Goyal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and research. Currently serving as a Research Engineer in Climate R&D at Google since September 2013, Nita previously worked at Mu Sigma as part of the Innovation and Development Group, focusing on text mining and real-time social media analytics. Nita was also a Senior VP of Products at ngpay, helping to establish it as a leading mobile commerce platform in India, and co-founded Tavant Technologies, where Nita led new product development initiatives. Additionally, Nita was a Fellow in the Reuters Digital Vision Program at Stanford University, contributing to interdisciplinary projects aimed at social impact. Nita's earlier career included roles at Exemplary Software and Hewlett Packard Labs, with a strong academic foundation in Computer Science, holding a Ph.D. from Stanford University and a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
