Nitika Vardhineni has over 15 years of experience in hardware development, manufacturing, and program management. They began their career as a Quality and Assurance Engineer at Luidia, followed by a role as a Test Engineer at Sanmina-SCI, and later at Brocade as Test Engineer 4. Nitika served as a Principal Technical Program Manager at Amazon Lab126 from 2017 to 2020 before taking on multiple senior roles, including Manager of Technical Program Management and Senior Quality Engineering Manager. Currently, they are involved in Leadership Program Management at Google, contributing their extensive expertise. Nitika holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
