Nitya Kapur possesses extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits, having held significant roles at multiple prestigious companies. Nitya began a career in business development at IIPM: Planman Consulting as an Assistant Manager from March 2005 to April 2006. Following this, Nitya advanced to Aon Hewitt as a Project Lead in Compensation & Benefits from October 2006 to January 2010, and then served as a Sr. Consultant in Compensation & Benefits at Willis Towers Watson India from January 2010 to October 2010. Nitya continued to build expertise at Mercer as a Principal in Compensation & Benefits from February 2011 until June 2019, before taking on the role of APAC Compensation & Benefits Lead at Google in July 2019. Nitya holds an MBA in HR from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a BSc in IT from DAV College.
