Noa Dolberg is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in UX design and strategic management. Currently serving as the UX Design Manager at Google Material Design since September 2022, Noa leads the Material for Devices design team. Concurrently, Noa acts as a Design Strategy Advisor for Mindr and is an Ambassador for WIN: Women in Innovation, supporting initiatives to close the gender gap in innovation. Previous roles include Group Design Director at Beyond, where Noa oversaw creative work across multiple offices, and Creative Lead at Gallagher & Associates, LLC, focusing on integrated experience projects. Noa's experience spans teaching roles at The New School and Parsons School of Design, alongside positions in various design capacities at companies such as eToro and Fondu. Noa holds an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design and a BA in Interactive Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
