Norlene Anaitullah

Norlene Anaitullah (Karim) has extensive experience in trade compliance and operations, having held significant roles at leading organizations. They served as a Global Customs Analyst at Payless ShoeSource from 2007 to 2010 and later managed trade services at Crowell & Moring LLP from 2010 to 2015. Following a position as a Trade Compliance Specialist at U.S. Pharmacopeia in 2015-2016, they joined Google, where they worked in Reverse Supply Operations (APAC) from 2021 to 2024 and currently focus on Submarine Cable Compliance. Norlene holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
