Olivia Bates

Olivia Bates is an accomplished Internal Auditor specializing in Business Process & Controls at Google, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles at EY as a Business Consulting Senior and Risk Advisory Staff. Prior to these positions, Olivia gained foundational knowledge in internal auditing as an intern at Macy's and developed financial insights during an internship as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Earlier in the career, Olivia contributed to the Ravinia Festival as an Usher. A graduate of Louisiana State University, Olivia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in Internal Audit.
