Olivier Dousse

Olivier Dousse is a Senior R&D Manager with 14 years of experience in the telecommunications and automotive industries. Currently, they serve as a Software Engineering Manager at Google, where they focus on innovative software solutions. Previously, Olivier held various leadership positions at HERE Technologies, overseeing data anonymization and data science initiatives. They also contributed to research at Deutsche Telekom Laboratories and Nokia, where they led projects in wireless networks and machine learning. Olivier earned a Ph.D. in Communication Systems from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, where they also completed their M.S. in Physics.
