Or Igelka has extensive experience in software engineering and management, beginning a career as a Software Engineer at SAP Labs Israel from July 2011 to August 2013. Following this, Igelka held various positions at the Technological Unit of the Intelligence Corps of IDF from August 2013 to January 2015, eventually becoming a Senior Software Engineer and Software R&D Team Leader. In the subsequent years, Igelka worked as a Senior Software Engineer at E8 Storage from October 2016 to July 2019 and at Google from August 2019 to November 2022. Currently, Igelka serves as a Software Engineer and Manager at Google since November 2022. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management of Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, both obtained from Tel Aviv University.
