Panagiotis Astithas

Panagiotis (Panos) Astithas is an experienced software engineering manager with a significant background in network administration, consultancy, and application development. Panos began a career as an administrator and consultant at the Technical Chamber of Greece, followed by roles as a software engineer and senior software engineer at Electronic Business Systems, where innovative e-commerce applications and cloud storage services were developed. Following further work as a project manager at the National Technical University of Athens, Panos contributed to Mozilla as an engineering manager and senior software engineer, where leadership roles focused on enhancing Firefox's performance and developer tools. Currently, Panos serves as a software engineering manager at Google. Educational credentials include a PhD and MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
