Felipe Bassan

Felipe Bassan's work experience begins in 2009 with a role as a MySQL DBA at Freeddom, which lasted until 2011. In 2012, they joined Word Perfect Group as a Translator/Interpreter. Felipe worked there until October 2012. Later in 2012, they started working at UOL as a Data Architect and then transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator in December 2015. In December 2016, Felipe took on the position of Agile Coach/Trainer. In September 2017, they became a Software Engineering Manager | Lead Agile Coach at UOL, where they managed a significant number of direct reports and implemented various technological advancements and processes. Felipe worked at UOL until September 2020. Felipe is currently employed by Pipefy, where they have held the roles of Senior Software Engineering Manager | Growth since October 2020 and Senior Software Engineering Manager | Platform since January 2022.

Felipe Bassan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. These include the Pipefy Process Management Certification from Pipefy in March 2021, the Management Consulting Approach to Problem Solving from Udemy in December 2020, and the Flight Levels Systems Architecture from Flight Levels Academy in September 2019. Felipe also acquired the Kanban Coaching Professional Masterclass from Kanban University in October 2018, the Kanban Management Professional from Kanban University in June 2018, and the Agile Development Specialization from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in December 2017. Furthermore, they received certifications in Kanban from Knowledge21 in August 2017, Scrum Product Owner from Knowledge21 in June 2017, and Management 3.0 from Knowledge21 in April 2017. Lastly, they achieved a General Band 8.0 score in the IELTS - General exam from the British Council in March 2016.
