Patrice Ju, MBA, MHRIR, currently serves as the Head of StratOps and Chief of Staff for Google Public Sector (GPS) Go-to-Market, where responsibilities include leading change management strategies for the People Experience Transformation and overseeing the execution of Google's People Strategy, focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Additionally, Patrice has held various leadership roles at Google, including Business and Operations Excellence Leader and Chief of Staff to the Chief Diversity Officer.
