Patrice Ju

Patrice Ju, MBA, MHRIR, currently serves as the Head of StratOps and Chief of Staff for Google Public Sector (GPS) Go-to-Market, where responsibilities include leading change management strategies for the People Experience Transformation and overseeing the execution of Google's People Strategy, focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Additionally, Patrice has held various leadership roles at Google, including Business and Operations Excellence Leader and Chief of Staff to the Chief Diversity Officer. Prior to joining Google, Patrice founded Carpe Diem Careers and served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
