Pedro Morales

Pedro Morales, CFA, CAMS, serves as the Director and Global Head of AML/Sanctions Compliance and the Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Google since April 2022, where responsibilities include standardizing the risk management program for payments and developing over 200 risk metrics for global monitoring. Prior to Google, Pedro held various roles at the Federal Reserve System from September 2013 to April 2022, culminating in the position of Officer for the LFBO portfolio, where achievements included implementing a comprehensive risk dashboard. Pedro's experience also includes serving as Vice President in Corporate Banking and Risk Management at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, where contributions involved deal approvals and managing credit and market risks, alongside earlier consulting roles focused on risk management at Management Solutions and Deloitte. Pedro holds a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's and Master's in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto.
