Rachel Seats

Rachel Seats, CPA, possesses a diverse professional background with experience in various accounting and finance roles. Rachel started as a General Office Intern at Willoughby & Associates, LLC, where responsibilities included receptionist duties and assisting attorneys. Subsequent positions included internships and roles at KPMG US, where Rachel advanced to Senior Audit Associate and Manager of Forensic Investigations. Additional experience includes a Finance and Accounting Intern position at the Colorado School of Mines, and jobs at Jamba Juice and Mount Vernon Country Club, which developed customer service and marketing skills. In 2025, Rachel began serving as Risk and Compliance Lead for Privacy at Google. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of San Diego.
