Raj Grover

Raj Grover is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in outsourcing and client services. Currently serving as the Global Head of Outsourcing, Recruiting at Google since March 2020, Raj has successfully established vendor operations to streamline candidate hiring processes. Prior to this role, Raj was the Head of APAC Outsourcing for Google Ads, where significant improvements were made, leading APAC to become the highest performing region. Raj's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of E-commerce Client Services at Barclays Investment Bank, where a turnaround of the client services organization was achieved. Raj holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
