Riccardo Giraldi

Riccardo Giraldi is an accomplished UX leader currently serving as the Director of UX for Gemini at Google, where contributions focus on advancing Personal AI to enhance usability and accessibility. Before Google, Riccardo was the Senior Director of Product Experience at Zoox, working on innovative autonomous transportation solutions. Previously, extensive experience was gained at Microsoft in various principal director roles, including Mixed Reality and HoloLens, where strategic leadership shaped new applications and enterprise solutions. Riccardo’s early career included significant positions at B-Reel, specialmoves, UNIT9, and Università degli Studi di Firenze, highlighting a strong foundation in interaction design and digital experiences, supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Design from Università degli Studi di Firenze and a diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications.
